Denison 1, Ohio Wesleyan 0 (9/10/2001)

In a very tightly-played contest, Julie Caldwell was able to knock in the game's only goal from in front of the Ohio Wesleyan cage to give Denison a 1-0 win in its North Coast Athletic Conference opener on Monday in Granville.

Caldwell's goal came with 17:16 left in regulation time.

Senior Jody Dickinson (Dublin/Coffman) stopped 12 shots in the Bishop cage.
