10th place at The Citadel Invitational (3/11-12/2002)

Junior Jeremy Meade (Wayland, Mass.) led the Bishops to a 10th-place finish at the Citadel Invitational held on Monday and Tuesday at Pine Forrest Country Club in Summerville, S.C.

Elon won team honors in a playoff after tying Jacksonville with a 591. Charleston Southern finished in third place at 598, followed by Gardner-Webb (607), High Point (613), Western Carolina (621), Ferris State (630), Gonzaga (636), Maryland-Baltimore County (639). Ohio Wesleyan rounded out the top 10 with a 640, followed by South Carolina State (644), The Citadel (672) and Virginia Military Institute (710). Complete results

Meade tied for 34th place among individuals with a 156. Sophomore Chad Poling (Delaware/Hayes) tied for 37th place at 157, junior Jay Tilton (Cincinnati/Windon Woods) tied for 42nd place with a 159, senior Jason Job (Akron/Revere) tied for 49th place at 162 and sophomore Adam Pry (Bucyrus/Shelby) tied for 53rd place with a 163.
