1st place at Kenyon Cup (4/6-7/2002) Junior Jeremy Meade (Wayland, Mass.) and sophomore Chad Poling (Delaware/Hayes) led the Bishops to a first-place finish at the Kenyon Cup held on Saturday and Sunday at Apple Valley Golf Club in Mount Vernon. Ohio Wesleyan won team honors by 11 strokes, carding a 604 to Allegheny's 615. Rochester finished in third place at 626, followed by John Carroll (628), Denison (630), Wittenberg (631), Wooster (638), Capital (650) and Ohio Northern (639). Wabash rounded out the top 10 with a 673, followed by Heidelberg (674), Kenyon (676), Case Reserve (680), Hiram (704) and Oberlin (715). Meade and Poling tied for medalist honors at 149. Junior Jonathan Wilson (Dayton/Vandalia-Butler) and senior Jason Job (Akron/Revere) tied for seventh place at 153 and junior Jay Tilton (Cincinnati/Windon Woods) tied for 28th place with a 161. Back
