Eighth place at Nebraska Wesleyan Fall Preview (10/8 and 10/9/2001) Sophomore Chad Poling (Delaware/Hayes) led the Bishops to an eighth-place finish at the Nebraska Wesleyan Fall Preview tournament held on Monday and Tuesday at the Firethorn Golf Course in Lincoln, Neb. Gustavus Adolphus won team honors with a 615, edging host Nebraska Wesleyan by 11 strokes and Wisconsin-Eau Claire by 14 shots. Central and Huntingdon tied for fourth place at 635, followed by Texas Lutheran at 636 and DePauw at 648. Ohio Wesleyan placed eighth at 649, followed by Luther (676), York (677) and Midland Lutheran (688). Poling tied for 15th place among individuals with a 158. Junior Jay Tilton (Cincinnati/Windon Woods) tied for 24th place with a 161, sophomore Adam Pry (Bucyrus/Shelby) tied for 30th place with a 163, junior Jeremy Meade (Wayland, Mass.) tied for 41st place with a 168 and senior Jason Job (Akron/Revere) finished in 52nd place with a 173.
