T6th of 12 at Wilmington (9/15/2001)

Sophomore Leah Cressman (Ann Arbor, Mich./Pioneer) led the Bishops at the Wilmington Invitational on Saturday at Wilmington College in Wilmington, Ohio.

Otterbein won the meet with 81 points to 88 for runner-up Heidelberg. Northern Kentucky was third with 95 points and Ohio Northern placed fourth with 103 points. Denison (109), Ohio Wesleyan (156), Muskingum (156), Wilmington (161), Tiffin (260), Defiance (281), Mount St. Joseph (294) and Bluffton (305) rounded out the team scores.

Cressman placed 17th among individuals in 20:12. Senior Katie Holder (New Philadelphia) finished 19th in 20:21, freshman Erin Eilbeck (Berea) was 37th in 21:05, sophomore Liz Tullberg (Chevy Chase, Md./Bethesda Chevy Chase) finished 41st in 21:13 and junior Katie Feran (Kirtland) placed 48th in 21:23.
