Senior outfielder Joe Loudenslager (Hilliard/Darby) blasted a first-inning solo homer to put the Bishops ahead, and junior catcher Mike Schultheis (Columbus/Watterson) cracked a 3-run shot to help the Bishops to a non-conference win over Moravian on Thursday in Fort Myers, Fla.

Schultheis' blast highlighted a 5-run third inning that gave Ohio Wesleyan a 6-0 lead.

Junior righthander Tyler Mott (Grove City) went the distance on the mound for Ohio Wesleyan, allowing 6 hits and striking out 4 while walking 1. He allowed a scratch run in the fourth and a solo homer by Bob Frey in the bottom of the seventh.

Loudenslager, Mott and senior first baseman Bo Burnett (Powell/Olentangy) each had 2 hits for Ohio Wesleyan.
