Kelly Hubble scored late in the first half to put Wooster ahead and the Fighting Scots pulled away with 4 second-half goals to defeat Ohio Wesleyan in the Bishops' North Coast Athletic Conference opener on Tuesday at Wooster.

Ashley Hecker made it 2-0 with a goal less than a minute into the second half, then Wooster added goals by Alanna Tryder and Lindsey Boardman just over 2 minutes apart. Boardman added another goal midway through the second half to wrap up the scoring.

Wooster outshot the Bishops, 22-2. Sophomore Liz Stone (Deep River, Conn./Valley Regional) had 12 saves in the Bishop cage.
