Junior Chad Poling (Delaware/Hayes) led the Bishops at the OWU/Strimer Invitational on Saturday and Sunday at Oakhaven Golf Club. The tournament honors the memory of the late Bob Strimer, longtime coach and athletic director at Ohio Wesleyan.

Muskingum won the team title with a 590, firing a 291 during Sunday's second round. Ohio Wesleyan and Otterbein finished in a tie for second place at 603.

Poling finished second among individuals with a 144, shooting back-to-back rounds of 72. Senior Jeremy Meade (Wayland, Mass.) and senior Jay Tilton (Cincinnati/Winton Woods) finished in a tie for 18th place at 153, and junior Adam Pry (Bucyrus/Shelby) and senior Jonathan Wilson (Dayton/Vandalia Butler) finished in a tie for 35th place at 157.
