Men's Team Scores - Led by individual champion Brian Oliver, Ohio State placed 4 runners in the top 10 to defeat Cincinnati by a comfortable 38-102 margin. It was the second team title in 3 seasons for the Buckeyes. Defending team champion Kent State finished third. Ashland won the NCAA Division II/NAIA title and Otterbein won the NCAA Division III title.

Women's Team Scores - Kent State placed only one runner in the top 10, but the Golden Flashes used a balanced lineup to edge Ohio State for the team title by a score of 113-115. It was Kent State's first All-Ohio championship since 2001. Malone won the NCAA Division II/NAIA title and Denison won the NCAA Division III title.

Men's Individual Results - Oliver won the race by a margin of more than 22 seconds over Ashland's Nate Iler. Last year's individual champion, Matt Cornwell of Kent State, did not compete.

Women's Individual Results - Ruth Limo of Cincinnati won individual honors by a margin of more than 17 seconds over Malone's Lacey Watkins. Limo finished seventh in last year's race.
