Rachel Dunn scored the game-winning goal midway through the second half as Wittenberg defeated Ohio Wesleyan in North Coast Athletic Conference action on Wednesday at the Henry Street Field.

After the Tigers earned a penalty corner, Dunn sent the ball out toward the top of the circle. The ball moved around to Wittenberg's Blair Ufer, who passed to Holly McHugh near the right post. McHugh sent the ball across the goal mouth to Dunn, who tapped it in near the left post. McHugh was credited with an assist on the play.

Wittenberg outshot the Bishops, 20-3. Freshman Katie Jones (Pine Plains, N.Y./Stissing Mountain) had 10 saves in the Ohio Wesleyan cage. Senior defender Tara Greenwood (Phoenix, Ariz./Stoneleigh Burnham (Mass.)) and sophomore attacker Carly Vieira (Silver Spring, Md./Montgomery Blair) were credited with defensive saves.

Nicole Irvin had 1 save in the Wittenberg cage.
