Megan Nash scored twice and Sarah Douglas added a goal as Centre defeated Ohio Wesleyan in non-conference action on Saturday at the Centre College Invitational Field Hockey Kick-Off at Danville, Ky.

Nash put the Colonels on the scoreboard with 28:35 left in the first half, with Taylor Gray credited with an assist on the play. Douglas followed with a goal 7 minutes later to make it 2-0, and Nash wrapped up the day's scoring with an unassisted goal with 8:30 left in regulation time.

The Colonels outshot the Bishops, 12-7. Freshman Katie Jones (Pine Plains, N.Y./Stissing Mountain) had 4 saves in the Ohio Wesleyan cage.

Ann Guagliardo had 7 saves for Centre.
