Heather Patton scored a second-half goal to lift Seton Hill over Ohio Wesleyan in non-conference action on Sunday at the Henry Street Field.

The game's only goal came after the Griffins had earned a penalty corner. Holly Thomas sent a shot at Bishop keeper Katie Jones (Pine Plains, N.Y./Stissing Mountain) from point-blank range near the left post. Jones blocked the shot with her pads, but the Bishops could not clear the rebound and Patton knocked the ball into the cage with 16:41 left in regulation time.

The Griffins outshot the Bishops, 29-3. Jones finished with 6 saves in the Ohio Wesleyan cage. Meredith Benson had 1 save for Seton Hill.
