Junior Dilshad Abeygunawardana (Colombo, Sri Lanka/Colombo International School) recorded Ohio Wesleyan's only win in a North Coast Athletic Conference match against Wittenberg on Tuesday at the OWU Tennis Centre.

Abeygunawardana won at No. 2 singles, dispatching his Tiger foe in straight sets by scores of 6-2, 6-1.

Senior David Kubacki (Toledo/St. Francis de Sales) turned in a fine effort at No. 1 singles, falling in a tiebreaker by a score of 10-6 after taking the first set, 7-6, and losing the second set, 6-2.

Abeygunawardana and Kubacki also competed at No. 1 doubles, where they dropped a 9-7 decision.
