Kristen Schneider scored a pair of second-half goals to give Denison a North Coast Athletic Conference win over Ohio Wesleyan on Saturday in Granville.

The Big Red took the lead less than 3 minutes into the second half, when Schneider scored off a pass from Read Powel in a penalty corner situation.

Schneider added an insurance goal 6 minutes later, converting a pass from Brittany Paquette.

Denison outshot Ohio Wesleyan, 18-14. Junior Katie Jones (Pine Plains, N.Y./Stissing Mountain) had 13 saves for Ohio Wesleyan and Carter Hartung finished with 2 saves in the Denison cage.
