Junior outside hitter Steffi Graf (Poland/Seminary) led Ohio Wesleyan with 12 kills, but Denison outscored the Bishops in North Coast Athletic Conference play on Friday in Granville.

The Big Red defeated the Bishops by scores of 30-16, 30-27, 30-19.

Graf also contributed 17 digs.

Sophomore middle hitter Janna Dagley (Beavercreek) and junior outside hitter Stefanie McCoy (Powell/Olentangy) followed with 6 kills apiece. Dagley also led the Bishops with 5 blocks.

Junior middle hitter Kelli Lester (Pataskala/Watkins Memorial) added 5 kills and 3 blocks, while sophomore setter Shea Pence (Danville, Ind./Danville Community) contributed 5 kills and 16 assists.

Senior setter Brittany McDaniel (Utica) directed the Bishop attack with 20 assists.

Junior libero Jaime Scharf (Marion/River Valley) had a team-high 34 digs.
