Beth Kelley recorded a hat trick to lead Washington & Jefferson over Ohio Wesleyan in non-conference action on Saturday at Washington, Pa.

Kelley gave the Presidents a 1-0 lead with a goal off a corner in the 10th minute, then extended the margin to 2-0 with an unassisted score in the 21st minute.

Washington & Jefferson took a 3-0 lead on Kolbey Seidel's score with 6:59 left in the first half.

Kelley completed the hat trick with an unassisted score in the opening minutes of the second half.

Ohio Wesleyan got on the scoreboard when junior midfielder Shannon McHenry (Powell/Rancho Buena Vista (Calif.)) set up senior attacker Maggie Donovan (Westport, Conn./Staples) off a penalty corner.

Washington & Jefferson outshot the Bishops, 17-3. Senior goalkeeper Katie Jones (Pine Plains, N.Y./Stissing Mountain) finished with 12 saves for Ohio Wesleyan, while President keeper Ashley Rund was credited with 2 saves.
