Skidmore was in third place at 297, followed by Wisconsin-Eau Claire (301), Rochester (306), and Nebraska Wesleyan (313). Harman fired a first-round 69 and was tied with Scott Harris of St. John Fisher for the individual lead. Junior Andy Schillig (Pataskala/Licking Heights) was in fourth place with a 71, sophomore Jordan Benner (Beavercreek) was tied for 17th place at 77, sophomore Jesse Chiero (Westerville/South) was tied for 21st place with a 78, and junior Jeff Nieman (Maineville/Cincinnati Moeller) was tied for 25th place at 79. The tournament's second round is scheduled to be played at Irondequoit Country Club on Saturday. |
