Ohio Dominican's David Bauer broke a scoreless tie and the Panthers' Jason Hale added an insurance goal as Ohio Dominican defeated Ohio Wesleyan in non-conference play on Tuesday night in Columbus.

After a scoreless first half, the Panthers got in the scoreboard just over 2 minutes into the second period when Hale passed the ball to Bauer, who finished the chance for a 1-0 Ohio Dominican lead.

Hale scored in the 53rd minute, heading home a cross from Chip Bailey.

Ohio Dominican outshot Ohio Wesleyan, 14-7. Senior goalkeeper Jamison Dague (Bexley) made 4 saves for the Bishops, while Eric Pfeifer had 5 saves for Ohio Dominican.
