Junior Daniel Thangarajah (Dublin/Scioto) recorded Ohio Wesleyan's only win in a non-conference match against Ohio Dominican on Monday at the OWU Tennis Centre.

Thangarajah won in split sets at No. 3 singles, taking the first set, 6-0, dropping the second set 7-6 (7-5), and bouncing back to win a super tiebreaker by a 10-8 count.

Junior Taimour Khan (Lahore, Pakistan/Aitchison) and senior Jeff Hering (Sherborn, Mass./Palo Alto (Calif.)) were defeated in tiebreakers at No. 4 and No. 6 singles respectively. Khan won the first set, 6-0, before falling 5-7 and 9-11 in the second set and the super tiebreaker. Hering lost the first set, 6-3, rebounded to win the second set, 6-4, and then was defeated in the super tiebreaker, 10-5.
