at ITA Central Region Tournament

Sophomores Brandon Luttinger (Hingham, Mass.) and Adrian Barker (Shaker Heights) represented Ohio Wesleyan at the ITA Central Region tournament, hosted by Kalamazoo College on Friday through Sunday in Kalamazoo, Mich.

In singles play, Luttinger defeated Tyler Tate of Maryville (Mo.) in the first round, 1-6, 6-0, 10-4, before falling to Nirmal Choradia of Washington (Mo.), 6-0, 6-1 in the second round.

Barker lost to Tom Hodgkiss-Lilly of Denison, 6-1, 6-1, in the first round of the championship bracket and was defeated by Cameron Nash of DePauw, 6-0, 6-0, in the first round of the consolation bracket.

Barker and Luttinger also competed in doubles, falling to James Daly and Jim Kucera of Baldwin-Wallace, 8-5, in the first round.
