[ David Stefanik ]Junior David Stefanik (Wooster), junior Clay Davis (Dublin/Coffman), and junior Gary Brenneman (Fredericktown) earned All-North Coast Athletic Conference honors in leading Ohio Wesleyan at the NCAC championship meet, hosted by Kenyon College on Saturday in Gambier. Allegheny won the conference championship, with Gator runners finishing in the 1-2-4-5-7 spots for a team score of 19. Denison was a distant second with 84 points, followed by Wabash (90), Ohio Wesleyan (104), Kenyon (126), Oberlin (152), Wooster (190), Wittenberg (212), Earlham (215) and Hiram (329).

Stefanik and Davis were second-team All-NCAC picks. Stefanik finished 11th among individuals, covering the 8000-meter course in 26:32, while Davis finished 13th in 26:35.

Brenneman was an honorable mention All-NCAC choice after finishing 19th in a time of 26:57.

Senior Pete MacLeod (Hudson) finished in 25th place in a time of 27:07, and junior Alex Havran (Woodinville, Wash./Overlake) completed the Ohio Wesleyan scoring with a 36th-place finish in 27:28.

Junior Garret Andre-Johnson (Walnut Creek, Calif./Berkeley) placed 40th in 27:32, and sophomore Christian Schlabach (Wooster/Triway) finished 41st in 27:47.
