Senior Rachel Ryan (Kinnelon, N.J.) won 2 events and helped a relay team to another first-place finish as Ohio Wesleyan split a double-dual meet on Saturday at Notre Dame College in South Euclid.

Ryan won the 50 and 100 freestyles in respective times of :26.35 and :57.69. She also teamed with sophomore Kendra Klossner (Naperville, Ill./Neuqua Valley), junior Katie Keleshian (Richmond Heights/Regina) and senior Kara Roby (Massillon/Washington) to win the 200 freestyle relay in 1:48.55.

Also taking first-place finishes for the Bishops were freshman Brenna Irrer (Ann Arbor, Mich./Pioneer), who won the 200 breaststroke in 2:41.10 and finished second in the 100 butterfly and third in the 200 butterfly; and Roby, who won the 1000 freestyle in 11:32.25 and placed second in the 500 freestyle.

Other standouts for the Bishops included Klossner, who was second in the 50 freestyle and the 200 IM and third in the 200 freestyle; Keleshian, who finished second in the 100 backstroke and the 200 breaststroke; junior Megan Downing (Mentor/Gilmour Academy), who was second in the 200 breaststroke and third in the 100 breaststroke; junior Caitlin Hagen (East Lyme, Conn.), who placed second in the 100 breaststroke; freshman Marisa Obuchowski (Baltimore, Md./Pikesville), who finished second in the 200 backstroke; junior Katie Germano (Towaco, N.J./Montville Township), who.was third in the 1000 freestyle; and junior Meghan Warren (Marlton, N.J./Shawnee), who finished third in the 100 butterfly.
