4th of 4 at Washington Invitational

Senior Katherine Donnan (Columbus/Bishop Hartley) recorded Ohio Wesleyan's best individual finish to lead the Bishops at the Washington Invitational on Saturday and Sunday in St. Louis.

Lindenwood won the meet with 961 points to 788 for host Washington. Sewanee finished third with 617 points and Ohio Wesleyan had 613 points.

Donnan finished second in the 1-meter diving and added a third in the 3-meter diving.

Other standouts for the Bishops included sophomore Kendra Klossner (Naperville, Ill./Neuqua Valley), who finished third in the 100 backstroke, fourth in the 200 IM and fifth in the 200 freestyle; freshman Brenna Irrer (Ann Arbor, Mich./Pioneer), who placed third in the 200 breaststroke, fourth in the 400 IM and eighth in the 100 butterfly; sophomore Erin Hanahan (Madison/Perry), who was third in the 1-meter diving and fourth in the 3-meter diving; junior Katie Keleshian (Richmond Heights/Regina), who was fourth in the 200 backstroke and sixth in the 100 backstroke; senior Kara Roby (Massillon/Washington), who finished fourth in the 200 freestyle, fifth in the 400 IM and sixth in the 500 freestyle; senior Rachel Ryan (Kinnelon, N.J.), who placed fifth in the 100 freestyle and seventh in the 50 freestyle and the 100 butterfly; junior Katie Germano (Towaco, N.J./Montville Township), who placed fifth in the 200 butterfly; senior Natalie Cuevas (Chicago, Ill./Latin School), who was sixth in the 1-meter and 3-meter diving events; freshman Marisa Obuchowski (Baltimore, Md./Pikesville), who finished eighth in the 200 backstroke; junior Meghan Warren (Marlton, N.J./Shawnee), who placed ninth in the 400 IM and 10th in the 200 IM; freshman Stacey Tighe (Lewis Center/Olentangy), who was ninth in the 100 breaststroke; sophomore Ashley Rosenquist (Willits, Calif.), who was ninth in the 1650 freestyle; and junior Caitlin Hagen (East Lyme, Conn.), who finished 10th in the 100 backstroke.

Klossner, Keleshian, Roby and Ryan combined to finish third in both the 200 and 400 freestyle relays, while Keleshian, Irrer, Ryan and Klossner placed fourth in both the 200 and 400 medley relays.
