Senior Katie Figgie (Pepper Pike/Gilmour Academy) and freshman Pam Quigney (Mentor) were double winners for Ohio Wesleyan, but Wittenberg edged the Bishops in a North Coast Athletic Conference match on Tuesday at the OWU Tennis Centre.

Figgie teamed with senior Kirsten Pfund (Libertyville, Ill.) for a win at No. 1 doubles, then posted a straight-set verdict at No. 1 singles.

Quigney paired with freshman Erin Cohn (Highland Heights/Andrews Osborne) for a win at No. 3 doubles, then won in straight sets at No. 6 singles.

Wittenberg won the other 4 singles matches in straight sets, with Cohn falling in a 7-6 (7-4), 7-6 (7-1) nailbiter at No. 5 singles.
