
Bishop Men Tabbed for Third in NCAC Title Chase

The
Ohio Wesleyan men's basketball team was predicted to finish third in voting
by both coaches and media at the North Coast Athletic Conference's 25th
annual Basketball Media Day.
Ohio
Wesleyan, which has claimed 4 NCAC titles, returns one starter and
7 letterwinners from a team which won the NCAC tournament, advanced to the NCAA Division III "Sweet 16" and finished with a 22-8 record last season.
The
Bishops' 2008-09 season opens on Friday, Nov. 21. Ohio Wesleyan begins its NCAC schedule on Dec. 6 at Wooster. The NCAC tournament will be held
over the final week of February, with the men's and women's semifinals
and finals at the site of the respective high seeds on Feb. 27-28.
