[ Nick Gallagher ]Senior attacker Nick Gallagher (Columbus/Dublin Scioto) collected 2 goals and an assist and senior attacker Karl Zimmerman (Utica, Mich./Brother Rice) added 2 goals during a 6-0 first-quarter run that started Ohio Wesleyan on its way to a win over Fontbonne in non-conference action on Sunday at Selby Field.

Gallagher tallied a man-up goal to put the Bishops on the scoreboard, and Zimmerman followed with a score just over a minute later to make it 2-0.

Gallagher set up junior midfielder Alex Razzolini (East Aurora, N.Y./Iroquois) for a transition goal, and scores by junior midfielder Chaz Narwicz (Yardley, Pa./Holy Ghost Prep), Gallagher, and Zimmerman finished off the first quarter, which ended with the Bishops holding a 6-0 lead.

Junior midfielder Craig Aronoff (Potomac, Md./The Bullis School), junior attacker Rob Young (Langhorne, Pa./Council Rock South), Zimmerman, and Narwicz added second-quarter goals, while senior midfielder Connor McGowan (Worthington/Thomas Worthington), Young, Gallagher, junior attacker Dave Castignola (Dublin/Scioto), and Aronoff scored during the third quarter to extend the margin to 15-0.

Fontbonne's Jack Diemert and Brooks McGee scored goals less than a minute apart early in the fourth quarter, with McGee adding another goal late in the period to wrap up the scoring.

Gallagher led the Bishops with 3 goals and an assist, while Zimmerman finished with 3 goals. Narwicz added 2 goals and an assist, and Young, Aronoff, and sophomore attacker Shaun Crow (Darnestown, Md./The Bullis School) scored twice apiece.

McGee led the Griffins with 2 goals.

Sophomore Jud Hall (Columbus/Upper Arlington) had 1 save while blanking the Griffins during the first 3 quarters. Freshman Dan Huckins (Commack, N.Y./Northfield-Mount Hermon (Mass.)) and sophomore Frankie Weschler (Wilmette, Ill./Loyola Academy) each had 1 save during the fourth quarter.

Austen Doster started in goal for Fontbonne and made 7 saves, while John Gornik stopped 10 shots during the second half.
