Bishops' Wall Named to
NSCAA All-America Teams

[ Tyler Wall ]Ohio Wesleyan University sophomore Tyler Wall (Columbus/Upper Arlington) was named to the National Soccer Coaches Association of America All-America teams, it was announced by the NSCAA.

Wall, a forward for the Battling Bishops, was a third-team All-America selection.

Wall shared the team lead in scoring with 9 goals and 5 assists, including 3 game-winning goals. His 23 points tied for fourth place in the North Coast Athletic Conference.

The Battling Bishops finished with a record of 18-5-1. Ohio Wesleyan won the NCAC championship with a 9-0 record, the Bishops' 17th title in the 25 seasons of NCAC competition, and won the NCAC tournament title, sending the Bishops to the NCAA Division III tournament for the NCAA-record 31st time. Ohio Wesleyan advanced to the sectional semifinals (final 16) of the NCAA Division III tournament.
