Oberlin 544, Notre Dame 490, Ohio Wesleyan 396

[ Erin Hanahan ]Junior Erin Hanahan (Madison/Perry) won an event for Ohio Wesleyan in a triangular meet on Saturday at Pfeiffer Natatorium.

Oberlin won the meet with 544 points to 490 for Notre Dame and 396 for Ohio Wesleyan.

Hanahan won the 1-meter diving with a score of 314.03 points.

Other standouts for the Bishops included freshman Ali Russ (Shaker Heights), who finished second in the 100 freestyle and third in the 200 freestyle; freshman Marina Metzler (Columbia, Md./Hammond), who placed second in the 200 butterfly and third in the 100 butterfly; sophomore Marisa Obuchowski (Baltimore, Md./Pikesville), who was second in the 100 breaststroke; junior Kendra Klossner (Naperville, Ill./Neuqua Valley), who finished second in the 50 freestyle; and freshman Morgan Canup (Milford, Mich.), who finished third in the 1-meter diving event.

The Bishop 800 freestyle relay team of Klossner, senior Katie Keleshian (Richmond Heights/Regina), freshman Kirstin Mowry (Centerville), and Russ finished third in its event.
