Ohio Wesleyan 7, Emory & Henry 2

Freshman Amber Schneider (Shelburne, Vt./Rice), freshman Emily Kiourtsis (Pickerington/North), and junior Mollie Campbell (Burlington, Vt.) were double winners as Ohio Wesleyan defeated Emory & Henry in non-conference play on Monday in Hilton Head, S.C.

Schneider and Kiourtsis recorded straight-set wins at No. 1 and No. 2 singles respectively. The duo combined for an 8-5 win at No. 1 doubles.

Campbell won in straight sets at No. 4 singles and teamed with freshman Becky Simon (Hilliard/Darby) for an 8-2 win at No. 2 doubles.

Freshman Amy Braun (Bexley) bounced back after dropping the first set to take the second set in a tiebreaker, then won the third set in a super tiebreaker to take a win at No. 6 singles.

Sophomore Pam Quigney (Mentor) and freshman Mackenzie Conway (Marion/Pleasant) finished off the Ohio Wesleyan scoring with an 8-2 win at No. 3 doubles.
