Freshman outside hitter Meg Weissenberger (Toledo/Central Catholic) and junior middle hitter Lainey Kekic (Canfield/Western Reserve) highlighted the Ohio Wesleyan offense in a North Coast Athletic Conference match against Hiram on Saturday in Hiram.

Hiram won the match by scores of 25-16, 25-14, 19-25, 25-18.

Weissenberger led the Bishops with 10 kills, while Kekic finished with 8. Junior setter Sarah Marshall (Lima/Senior) collected 24 assists.

Defensive standouts for Ohio Wesleyan included Kekic, who compiled 5 blocks; senior outside hitter Kristin Kovach (Chagrin Falls/Kenston), who added 4 blocks and 17 digs; Weissenberger, who shared the team lead with 22 digs; and junior outside hitter Alexa Bean (Columbus/Upper Arlington), who shared the team lead with 22 digs.
