DePauw's Margaret Ellis scored twice and assisted a third goal as the Tigers built a 5-0 halftime lead and went on to defeat Ohio Wesleyan in North Coast Athletic Conference play on Sunday in Greencastle, Ind.

The Tigers took the lead just over 2 minutes into the game when Ellis tallied an unassisted goal.

Ellis then fed Bridgette Shamleffer for a score in the 19th minute, then scored her second goal of the game in the 28th minute.

DePauw added a pair of goals during the final 5 minutes of the period, getting scores from Grace Fisher and Paige Henry. Kimberly Trainor added a goal in the 42nd minute and Ellis completed a hat trick with a goal in the 54th minute.

DePauw outshot Ohio Wesleyan, 24-2. Sophomore Emily Temple (Dublin/Scioto) finished with 8 saves for Ohio Wesleyan, while Maggie Steele was not tested in the Tiger cage.
