Directions to Littick Field

From the east (I-71, US 36, Ohio 37): Exit Interstate 71 at the Delaware exit (exit 131). Turn west on US 36/Ohio 37 and proceed approximately 8 miles into Delaware. At the edge of town, US 36 and Ohio 37 split -- take the left fork and stay on US 36 or William Street. You will go under a railroad overpass and then an overpass for US 23. Turn left at the first light after the intersection with US 23, which is Henry Street. You will pass the Ohio Wesleyan football field and then go through a one-lane railroad overpass. Littick Field will be on the left.

From the south (US 23): Delaware is approximately 15 miles north of Interstate 270 on US 23 (High Street in Columbus). From US 23, turn left on to South Sandusky Street at the south edge of town. Continue north on Sandusky Street to Olentangy Street. Turn right on to Olentangy Street. Turn left on Henry Street. The field will be on the right.

From the north (US 23): Exit US 23 at the second Delaware exit (Central Avenue). Turn right on to Central Avenue and immediately get into the left turn lane. Turn left on Union Street and go two blocks. Turn left on William Street and go one block to Henry Street. Turn right on Henry Street. You will pass the Ohio Wesleyan football field and then go through a one-lane railroad overpass. Littick Field will be on the left.

From the southwest (US 42): At the US 42-US 23 interchange, turn left on to South Sandusky Street. Continue north on Sandusky Street to Olentangy Street. Turn right on to Olentangy Street. Turn left on Henry Street. The field will be on the right.

From the west (US 36): Stay on US 36 (William Street) and go through downtown to Henry Street, which is the seventh light after the railroad crossing. Turn right on Henry Street. You will pass the Ohio Wesleyan football field and then go through a one-lane railroad overpass. Littick Field will be on the left.

From the west (Ohio 37): Stay on Ohio 37 (Central Avenue) and go through downtown and down the hill to Union Street, which is just before the US 23 interchange. Turn right on Union Street and go two blocks. Turn left on William Street and go one block to Henry Street. Turn right on Henry Street. You will pass the Ohio Wesleyan football field and then go through a one-lane railroad overpass. Littick Field will be on the left.

From the West (via I-70): Take I-70 East to I-270 North (the Columbus outerbelt). Take I-270 North to the Route 23 North exit (toward Delaware). Take Route 23 North to the South Sandusky Street exit (on the left). Continue on Sandusky, and the campus will be five blocks ahead.

From the Northwest (via I-75): Take I-75 South to Exit 156 (Route 15/23/68). Follow Route 23 South to the South Sandusky Street and Central Avenue exit for Delaware. Turn right on Central, then left on Sandusky. The campus will be four blocks ahead.

From the South and Southwest (via I-71): Take I-71 North through Columbus to Exit 131 (Route 36/37). Turn west on Route 36/37 (toward Delaware). Eventually, Route 36 and 37 will split. Continue on Route 36 (left at the split) to Sandusky Street. Turn left on Sandusky, and the campus will be two blocks ahead.

From the South and Southeast (via I-77): Take I-77 North to I-70 West. Take I-70 West to I-270 North (the Columbus outerbelt). Take I-270 North to the Route 23 North exit (toward Delaware). Take Route 23 North to the South Sandusky Street exit (on the left). Continue on Sandusky, and the campus will be five blocks ahead.

From the Port Columbus International Airport: From the airport drive, take the right fork to I-270 (the Columbus outerbelt). Take I-270 North to the Route 23 North exit (toward Delaware). Take Route 23 North to the South Sandusky Street exit (on the left). Continue on Sandusky, and the campus will be five blocks ahead.

Airport Taxi Service: Taxi service is available from the airport to the OWU campus for approximately $50 each way. Local cab companies include Yellow Cab at 800-551-4222 or 614-444-4444, Airport Taxi Service at 614-262-8800, Acme Taxi at 614-299-9990, and Northway Cab at 614-299-1191.

General Driving Notes: The Ohio state speed limit on rural/interstate highways is 65 mph. If possible, avoid the Columbus metropolitan area during "rush hour" -- approximately 7-9 a.m. and 4:30-6:30 p.m. on weekdays -- due to heavy traffic congestion.
