Tournament News Averett Rallies to Win 2003 NCAA Division III Men's Golf Championships -- Led by record-setting individual medalist Janne Mommo, the Cougars came back from a 9-shot deficit to win the team championship by 5 strokes. Wesley Takes Nine-Shot Lead after Third Round -- With 3 golfers placing among the top 10 individuals, the Wolverines took a 9-shot lead over Averett going into Thursday's final round. Averett Pulls Into First-Place Tie -- Led by Janne Mommo's NCAA Division III tournament-record 65, the Cougars erased an 11-stroke deficit to share the lead after 2 rounds of competition. Wesley Leads After First Round -- The Wolverines had 4 golfers among the top 20, including an unexpected individual leader, during the first day of competition.
